  My husband and I have been at Brittany Springs for the past year! We recently renewed. The staff are very, very personable and accommodating. Every matienance issue we may have had (whether it’s a broken microwave handle or needing new filters), matienance has come within 24 hours or sooner to get it taken care of - which we truly appreciate. Brittany Springs is extremely family oriented and dog friendly, so you see a lot of community and people - making the area feel very safe. They have a great variety of ammenities (gym, pool, racketball, offices), that make living here even better. In regards to location, it is only ~8ish minutes from the nearest expressway, so it makes a commute incredibly easy!
  
  For what you get, plus everything that comes included - we really truly have loved our time here. I would recommend this community for anyone who is wanting the freedom and space of a home, with the support and ammenities of apartment living. Being dog friendly with appropriate areas for walking and exercise are some of our top concerns, and we have that right in the middle of the community and around the outskirts.
  
  We are very thankful to be here, and we would recommend this community to anyone!
